MisFans is a SAAS platform focused on content creators. The platform helps people have a place where they can sell their content and digital products, including integrations for certain features of Web 3.0.
I worked there as a Product Designer and was in charge of the Frontend team, with whom I was in constant communication during the implementation stages of the designs.
My main tool was Figma, and I also used Mixpanel to review how the implemented flows worked.
I helped create and maintain components, as well as a Style Guide that later became a Design System.
At MisFans, I also conducted user interviews and surveys with users. This information helped me to implement improvements in some flows, such as the purchase process for fans, improving the interaction of the Dashboard, the creation of a Media Kit site for the content creators, and the Settings for both digital creators and fans.
In the following link, you can explore the Case Study that I have done where I describe the design process to improve the Sign-Up and Login of the platform.
